The CROW self-defense training program is designed to help people become more resilient against physical attackers and to be more capable of engaging in unarmed community defense.
The program is designed to teach people the skills they will need to properly attack, defend, escape, and disarm an attacker. The methods we teach do not require great strength or flexibility, but because it is physical activity, we encourage prospective guests to assess their own bodies before joining us at these events.
We stress the importance of form, speed, precision, and gravity.
